by Sergey Kasich

Moss Arts Center - 3rd Floor in Balcony Lobby

FingerRing installation - is an exhibition set of the fFlower interface for the FingerRing technique. The two sensitive panels are installed in the center of the space, which has 8-channel sound system in perimeter. Anyone is allowed to play with the panels and experience flexibility and nature of the FingerRing technique - the simplest way to play with multichannel music. The installation has been shown at "SOUNDART: space of sound" (Manege Central Exhibition Hall, Saint-Petersburg, 2017), MakerFaire Moscow (MISIS, Moscow, 2017).

The FingerRing technique has been presented at BRERA Art Academy New Technologies in Art Dept (Milano, Italy), National University of Science and Technology MISIS (Moscow, Russia), New York University Tandon School of Engeneering (NYC, USA), Cambridge (specially for Dr. Peter Zinovieff). It was included into education process in Falmouth University in England in 2017 and presented as a workshop at EXPO 2017 (Astana, Kazakhstan).
